A ground-floor house under construction is for sale in Briševo. It is located approximately 1 km from the center of the settlement and 7.8 km from the sea.

The floors will be tiled, and an outdoor barbecue and summer kitchen will be built in the yard.

The planned completion of construction is during 2027, and the expected energy certificate is A.
