Stanovi

The central position of Zadar’s Stanovi district makes it an interesting location for living. It consists of a combination of family houses and residential buildings.

In the immediate vicinity are the Višnjik Sports Recreation Center, numerous large shopping stores, even the city center and the nearest Kolovare beach are only a 20-minute walk away. All the necessary amenities for a pleasant and quality family life can be found in this neighborhood, therefore there is an elementary school, a kindergarten, local shops, bakeries, car services, tobacconists, a general medicine clinic, a church, and even the headquarters of the Public Fire Department of the City of Zadar.

The home of Zadar’s biggest football club HNK Zadar, the Stanovi stadium, is also located in this district.
