Because of the proximity to the city (Kožino 7 km and Petrčane 10 km from Zadar), these settlements are very popular for living and vacation. Both places are famous for their exclusive villas, luxurious hotel accommodations (where Hotel Pinija, Falkensteiner Resort and others are located) and a rich gastronomic offer. The historic city center is located on an island connected by bridges to the mainland. Nin produces the world-famous Nin salt, Nin has the longest sandy beach in Croatia, and is also known for its healing mud, which can be found in the natural oasis of the sandy shores. Privlaka also has a very large selection of beaches and there is something for everyone.

Among other things, these attractive locations allow various sports activities on land and in the water. A special feature here is the proximity to the Kornati islands, to which regular excursions are organized. The picturesque Pašman channel with a series of small islands protects these settlements from strong winds from the sea, which is an advantage for swimmers and boaters.
