Vidikovac

Vidikovac is located along the Zadar bypass in the northwestern part of the city and has recently begun to take on all the features of one of the most desirable Zadar neighborhoods.

For many years, most of this part of the city was not built nor were there any inhabitants, although due to its panoramic view it was quite desirable. Now this part began to settle, the construction of family houses and residential buildings began. The biggest advantages of this neighborhood are the beautiful view of the sea, the city and the islands as well as the proximity of all amenities. Green areas have been arranged, and the construction of children’s parks and other facilities is planned.

There are several shops in the immediate vicinity, and it takes only a few minutes by car to reach the shopping center as well as to the city center. Also, schools, kindergartens, dispensaries, pharmacies are nearby. The Vidikovac city district is ideal for those who are looking for peace, comfort and quality of life.
