Zaton

Zaton is a small place located between two cities; Zadar (12 km) and Nin (2 km). Zaton is a wonderful mix of Dalmatian architecture and Mediterranean climate. Preserved nature and cultural heritage adorn this place and beautiful beaches are perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The pebbly bay Jaz and the sandy bay Pliša are ideal for families with small children. The coast is about 2 km long and mostly tiled with access to the sea. Zaton is very famous for Zaton Holiday Resort, which also has the most beautiful beach awarded the Blue Flag, an internationally recognized seal of quality. It is a symbol of pure sea, safe, beautiful and well maintained environment, entertainment, recreation and many amenities.

There are football fields, volleyball courts, mini golf and adventure golf courses, mini-car schools, archery, fitness, aerobics in the pool, boccie court, table tennis and small football.

Zaton has cycling routes with up to 13 routes. In addition, there is a leisure offer with horse riding, diving, aerobics, and aerobics in the sea or in the pool, windsurfing and water skiing.
