The house is being built with a reinforced concrete structure. The façade will feature Styrofoam thermal insulation. Although two islands, Ugljan and Pašman are often mentioned together because they are connected by a bridge and form an almost single landmass. They are the closest islands in the Zadar archipelago to the mainland, with a short ferry ride of about 20 minutes from Zadar.
They are connected to the mainland by ports in Zadar and Biograd, with numerous ferry and passenger boat lines. We recommend visiting Ugljan (the town), Lukoran near the famous Olive Island Marina, the charming town of Preko (which is also the main ferry port), Kali with one of the largest fishing fleets on the Adriatic coast, Kukljica, Dobropoljana, Pašman, and Ždrelac – all known for beautiful beaches and walking trails.
No other island is as well connected to the mainland as Ugljan.
Ugljan and Pašman together have over 30 ferry and boat lines daily, even in winter.
